Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p style='text-align:Justify;margin:15 0 15 0;'><span style='font-size:10pt'>Wayne County engaged Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) in 2024 for the purpose of aggregating, modernizing, and standardizing zoning (or land use) data maintenance throughout the County. Some municipalities had previously maintained zoning/land use data digitally, however most data sets throughout the County were paper based, and many were significantly outdated. The project deliverables include digital zoning or land use data in an Esri file geodatabase format and hardcopy zoning or land use maps for each municipality,</span></p><p><span>The land use boundaries represented herein for Town of Wolcott were digitally transcribed from a PDF document entitled "Map 6 - Land Use Districts", dated 12/3/08. Boundaries were reviewed and approved by Town staff in October, 2024.</span></p><p><span>The district designations are in accordance with MUNICIPALITY ordinance.</span></p></div></div></div>
