Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p style='text-align:Justify;margin:15 0 15 0;'><span style='font-size:10pt'>Wayne County engaged Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) in 2024 for the purpose of aggregating, modernizing, and standardizing zoning or land use data maintenance throughout the County. Some municipalities had previously maintained zoning/land use data digitally, however most data sets throughout the County were paper based, and many were significantly outdated. The project deliverables include digital zoning or land use data in an Esri file geodatabase format and hardcopy maps for each municipality,</span></p><p><span>The land use boundaries represented herein for Village of Red Creek were derived from land use codes stored in the Wayne County parcels data. Parcels were aggregated into land use classes by land use code (prop_class field in parcels) based on the following groupings:</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span>> 99 and < 199: "Agricultural"</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span> > 199 and < 299: "Residential"</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span>> 299 and < 399: "Vacant Land"</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span>> 399 and < 499: "Commercial"</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span>> 499 and < 599: "Recreation and Entertainment"</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span>> 599 and < 699: "Community Services"</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span>> 699 and < 799: "Industrial"</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span>> 799 and < 899: "Public Services"</span></p><p style='text-indent:20;'><span>> 899 and < 999: "Wild, Forested, Conservation Lands and Public Parks"</span></p><p><span>Boundaries have not been reviewed and verified by Village staff.</span></p></div></div></div>
