Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p style='text-align:Justify;margin:15 0 15 0;'><span style='font-size:10pt'>Wayne County engaged Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) in 2024 for the purpose of aggregating, modernizing, and standardizing zoning data maintenance throughout the County. Some municipalities had previously maintained zoning data digitally, however most zoning data sets throughout the County were paper based, and many were significantly outdated. The project deliverables include digital zoning data in an Esri file geodatabase format and hardcopy zoning maps for each municipality,</span></p><p><span>The zoning boundaries represented herein for Town of Arcadia were digitally transcribed from a PDF document entitled "TOWN OF ARCADIA, NY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP", dated December 15, 2020. Boundaries were reviewed and approved by Town staff in October, 2024.</span></p><p><span>The district designations are in accordance with Town code.</span></p></div></div></div>
